Show Us How You Do It: Film a Clip for Our Front-of-House Training

We're looking to showcase members in the newly released FOH training course

Earlier this year, we added a new course to the BA Training Center to help our members onboard new staff and train existing staff in front-of-house positions at brewery taprooms. The Front-of-House Taproom Staff Training Program is free for all active BA members and your staff!

The course has received great feedback, but a common critique was the need for more real-life examples of how BA member breweries are applying the concepts. We agree!

The Goal

We have developed a list of prompts, and we want YOU to help us answer them! Our goal is to create montages of BA members sharing how they handle specific situations in the taproom.

We want to show the folks taking the program different approaches and applications of the same concepts and principles covered in the course, which can get them thinking of how they can be applied in their taproom.

"You want me to make a video? Sounds like a lot of work…"

It's not! Grab your phone, film a quick clip, and send it to us! No fancy production, special equipment, or acting chops required! We'll compile your clip with others to create a montage of answers. We'll embed these montages in the training courses.
