Forbes Magazine names Loma Linda University Health a top employer in California

Loma Linda University Health has been recognized by Forbes as one of America's Best-in-State Employers 2026, a recognition that underscores LLUH's commitment to providing an exceptional workplace environment and employment opportunities. This is the eighth time LLUH has been included on this prestigious list.

Forbes created the Best-in-State Employers by using an independent survey from a sample of over 245,000 employees working for companies with at least 500 people within the United States. The survey was open to companies from all industry sectors. Out of the thousands of companies examined in the analysis, only the top few percent were awarded in each state.
