New Chipotle Mexican Grill Opens in Bellflower
The City of Bellflower continues to see strong investment in its commercial corridors as a new Chipotle Mexican Grill opened Monday, April 13, at 17640 Bellflower Blvd., located at the northeast corner of Bellflower Boulevard and Cedar Street.
The new restaurant features a "Chipotlane," a specialized drive-through lane dedicated exclusively for digital order pickups. Unlike traditional drive-throughs, Chipotlanes do not have menu boards or ordering speakers; orders must be placed in advance via the Chipotle App or website.
This project marks the completion of a two-phase commercial development designed to strengthen the Bellflower Boulevard business corridor and attract new dining and retail opportunities for residents and visitors. Phase one included the construction of a commercial building occupied by Starbucks and Firehouse Subs, while phase two consisted of the new Chipotle Mexican Grill and additional tenant spaces.
This development brings modern dining conveniences, strengthens local business activity and reflects continued private investment in Bellflower's retail infrastructure.
