WASHINGTON - U.S. Customs and Border Protection is seeking applicants for positions across the agency and will host several recruitment events nationwide in May.

CBP offers careers that play a critical role in intercepting illicit narcotics, combating human smuggling, and preventing the entry of dangerous individuals into the United States. Officers also help secure legitimate trade and travel, supporting the nation's economic security.

Registration is open for the following events, where participants can hear directly from officers and agents about their work and duty locations:

CBP provides comprehensive training, competitive pay and benefits, and opportunities for career advancement. New officers and agents may be eligible for up to $60,000 in incentive payments for certain positions and locations. More information about benefits is available on the CBP website.
