Experience Unlimited, known as "E.U.," was co-founded by Gregory "Sugar Bear" Elliot. An iconic funk and Go-Go band, E.U. experienced the height of their popularity in the 1980s and early 1990s with their song, "Da Butt." The dance anthem was featured on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1988 and appeared on the soundtrack for the movie School Daze that same year. The enduring legacy of the group and their song helped shape modern dance culture and continues to energize audiences worldwide, most recently with Glenn Close dancing to "Da Butt" at the 93rd Academy Awards.
About Stokley
Stokley Williams, who simply goes by the stage name Stokley, co-founded the renowned R&B group Mint Condition in the early 1980s. By the early '90s, the group already met success with songs like "Breakin' My Heart (Pretty Brown Eyes)," "U Send Me Swingin'," and "What Kind of Man Would I Be?," which garnered Grammy and Soul Train nominations, as well as an induction into the Soul Music Hall of Fame. With a performance style compared to Usher and Chris Brown, and unmatched musicianship and stage presence, Stokley is guaranteed to deliver a powerful finale.
