Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus I.Sekreta holds meetings in Geneva (November 4, 2025)

On November 4, 2025, Igor Sekreta, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, met with the Regional Director for Europe of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, Birgitte Bischoff Ebbesen.

Igor Sekreta outlined the position of the Belarusian side regarding the processes within the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement related to the current geopolitical situation.

The interlocutors confirmed their mutual interest in strengthening cooperation in the light of serious regional and global challenges and the importance of the participation of all interested partners in providing support to those affected by conflict situations.

On the same day, the Deputy Minister held a meeting with the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, Lhanaajav Munkhtushig.

A wide range of issues related to the implementation of the roadmap for cooperation for 2024-2026, the expansion of cooperation in trade, economic and other spheres, and the implementation of agreements following the visit of the President of the Republic of Belarus to Mongolia were discussed.

The sides exchanged views on ways to enhance mutual support on international platforms.
