On the cultural event held at the Megerian Carpet Museum

On October 6, the regular cultural event initiated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia for foreign diplomatic missions accredited in the Republic of Armenia was held at the "Megerian Carpet" Museum, where Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Davit Karapetyan delivered welcoming remarks.

In his remarks, Davit Karapetyan highlighted the importance of organising cultural events that have already become a cherished tradition, as well as the value of regular meetings in this format. The Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also expressed gratitude to the management of the Megerian Carpet Museum for hosting the event, noting the museum's role in preserving Armenian carpets and carpet weaving art.

Within the framework of the event, the guests had a guided tour through the museum, learned about the ancient art and history of Armenian carpet weaving, participated in a lavash-making master class, and were also introduced to the history and symbolism of traditional Armenian cuisine.
