Traditional measurement methods like enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) rely on expensive antibodies that have limited shelf lives, reported inaccuracies, and low efficacy with interferon binding. This gap leads to inaccurate interferon concentration measurements and complicates product utilization.
