Prague-Global law firm Dentons has advised Generali Real Estate on the acquisition of a historic building located at Na Příkopě 14 in Prague, on behalf of Generali Fond realit, managed by Generali Investments CEE. The property was acquired from CPI Europe in a transaction valued at more than €100 million.
The prime asset is situated in one of the most prestigious and sought-after locations in the Czech capital. The property offers approximately 17,000 sq m of leasable area, combining retail and office space, and includes underground parking-an exceptional feature in Prague's historic city center.
The building benefits from a strong and diversified tenant mix, including an international law firm, Lidl supermarket, and a major international fashion retailer set to open its flagship store at the premises by the end of the year. This mix of tenants from different sectors contributes to the long-term stability and resilience of the investment.
Partner Monika Kajanková led the Dentons team on the deal, supported by Associate Jan Blažek.
"This acquisition of a landmark property in Prague's prime high street location is a great example of the continued investor appetite for high-quality, well-located assets with strong fundamentals," said Monika Kajanková.
