Welcome Chelsea Derbyshire: Bringing Fresh Energy to KGPB

Say hello to Chelsea Derbyshire, the city's new Keep Grand Prairie Beautiful (KGPB) Coordinator! Chelsea comes to Grand Prairie with a Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and a strong track record in community engagement, volunteer coordination, and public service.

She's all about bringing people together, sparking community pride and helping make Grand Prairie an even better place to live, work and play. Whether it's organizing cleanups, rallying volunteers, or dreaming up new ways to get residents involved, Chelsea is ready to roll up her sleeves and get to work.

Around the office, you'll likely find her spreading positive energy, talking sustainability, or planning the next big community effort. She's excited to jump in and support the incredible work already happening through KGPB, and even have a little fun along the way.
