Marquette My Wellness program honored with 2026 Excellence in Wellness award

Marquette University's My Wellness program was recently awarded the Excellence in Wellness Award from the university's wellness partner, Marquee Health, for the fourth consecutive year. Members of the Human Resources team accepted the award from Marquee Health earlier this month.

Over 2,500 eligible organizations of all sizes were evaluated on specific metrics, including holistic wellness programming, program engagement, leadership support and participation, and improvement in clinical outcomes. Marquette is one of just 30 organizations recognized for providing a best-in-class health and wellness program to its employees and for fostering a culture of well-being.

The My Wellness program offers comprehensive wellness programming and resources aimed at supporting emotional, financial, physical and spiritual wellness of Marquette employees and their spouses. Participants can not only experience the benefits of improved well-being, but also gain tangible rewards through program participation.
