DENVER - Nov. 12, 2025 - Denver International Airport (DEN) and Aaravya Investments announced today the beginning of construction of Elevate, a travel convenience center that will be located just south of Peña Boulevard near the new eastbound on-ramp from Gun Club Road. The development was approved by Denver City Council in 2023.
"As DEN continues to grow, our facilities must also adapt to meet these evolving needs. We have received many comments from the public that they would prefer having the cell phone lot on the southside of Pena Boulevard for easier access to inbound Pena. This new facility meets that need and we are excited to improve the passenger experience by introducing a large travel convenience center as well," DEN CEO Phil Washington said.
Sitting on 5.49 acres of DEN property, Elevate will be a premium travel convenience center designed to be a welcoming haven for travelers and Coloradans. Services provided include 48 fueling positions under solar canopies, a two-story convenience store with a national coffee brand and drive-thru, an express tunnel car wash, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, a dog park, and a rentable conference room. Elevate will also offer a publicly accessible cell phone waiting lot, a secure parking area for vehicles rented through car-sharing platforms like Turo, and complimentary shuttle service to and from the Jeppesen Terminal.
Elevate's On the Rise Kitchen will offer a variety of fresh and healthy food options, and the On the Rise Bar and Lounge on the second floor features a rooftop deck. The bar will offer beer on tap and unique beverages with modern space for relaxation and enjoying the scenery surrounding DEN.
In addition to growing the airport's infrastructure, DEN has a goal of becoming one of the greenest airports in the world. Elevate supports this mission through supporting LEED Gold standards throughout construction, the installation of solar arrays above the fuel canopies, water reclamation efforts at the car wash and more.
"Community-first and environmental stewardship are the roots of Elevate," Aaravya Investments CEO Rutul Patel said. "We are super excited for this solid investment at DEN and aim to be the crown jewel of DEN's landside development, setting new standards in the convenience store category with focus on premium experience and outstanding customer service to DEN users."
