Education Minister Accompanies UAE Education Minister...

Dr. Mohamed bin Mubarak Juma, Minister of Education, accompanied Sarah bint Yousef Al Amiri, Minister of Education of the United Arab Emirates, on a visit to the Mohammed Jaber Al Ansari College for Teachers at the University of Bahrain.

Dr. Lucy Bailey, Dean of the College, and Dr. Mervat Isa Al Bufalasa, Assistant Dean, briefed the two ministers on the college's academic programmes and the practical training provided to students throughout their preparation to join the education sector.

The briefing also covered programmes offered to private sector personnel, school leadership programmes, postgraduate programmes, the college's regional partnerships, and the international accreditations it has received.

The ministers met members of the college's teaching and administrative staff, toured its educational facilities and classrooms, and met newly enrolled students and students from different academic years.
