Boots on the Ground Program Launches 2026 Educational Activism Efforts

Fifteen retired NATCA members met with NATCA leadership on July 2, 2026, officially kicking off this year's educational activism efforts.
The Boots on the Ground (BOTG) program empowers retired NATCA members to connect with fellow AFL-CIO union members, educating them about candidates in upcoming elections. Through peer-to-peer outreach, BOTG activists help inform the labor community about candidates' records, position, and the issues that matter most to working families.
