Public Hearing: SD25-0001a Landmark Special Sign District
The City of Denton City Council will hold a public hearing and consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas, regarding a Special Sign District zoning overlay on an approximately 120-acre property generally located on the northwest corner of Robson Ranch Road and Interstate 35W Frontage Road, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
