A trip to The Home Depot is often about more than picking up supplies for a project. It's about getting inspired, connecting with the community, and maybe grabbing a bite to eat while you're there.
Through its Food Operations program, The Home Depot partners with local and regional food vendors to offer convenient, high-quality food options outside stores across the country. It's built around local partnerships, giving entrepreneurs an opportunity to introduce their businesses to new audiences while becoming a familiar part of their neighborhoods. From an early morning breakfast before a busy workday to a quick lunch during a weekend project run, these vendors can showcase local flavors and create experiences that resonate with the communities they serve.
"Our mission is to provide local food options for our customers that enhance the shopping experience," said Richard Goodrich, Vice President of Merch Services at The Home Depot. "Food vendors bring a sense of community and convenience to our stores while creating meaningful connections with customers."
As The Home Depot continues to strengthen these local partnerships, the company is seeking additional food truck operators and mobile food vendors interested in joining the program. Businesses offering breakfast, lunch or dinner options are encouraged to explore opportunities to serve customers while contributing to the sense of community that helps make each store unique.
