DataBank Named No. 48 on Fortune Best Medium Workplaces™ 2026 List

Recognition Marks DataBank's Third Major Workplace Culture Honor of 2026, Following its Great Places to Work Certification and a No. 5 Finish on Fortune's Best Workplaces in Texas List

The list, produced by Fortune and Great Place To Work®, recognizes U.S. companies with 100 to 999 employees that deliver the strongest employee experience, based on survey responses from more than 240,000 workers nationwide.

To determine the ranking, Great Place To Work analyzed confidential survey data measuring trust in leadership, connections among colleagues, and consistency of experience across roles and demographics. Nine in ten employees (96%) at Best Medium Workplaces honorees said their company was a great place to work, 37 percent above the typical similarly sized workplace.
