WASHINGTON, D.C., (Sept. 4, 2026) - Today, Congresswoman Nancy Mace (R-SC-01) marked a triple-digit milestone: 100 pieces of legislation introduced this Congress. She ranks 5th out of all 435 House members and has introduced more bills than any other member of South Carolina's House delegation.
Each bill starts with a real problem facing South Carolinians: a shrimper fighting to compete on a fair playing field, a veteran fighting for benefits he already earned, a mother demanding answers for her child. Congresswoman Mace has built her legislative record around the issues South Carolinians care about most, from making life more affordable for working families, to fiscal responsibility, national security, immigration enforcement, veterans' care, protecting women and children, animal welfare, and defending South Carolina's coastal communities and way of life.
"Reaching 100 bills is a huge milestone, but it's not the finish line," said Congresswoman Mace. "One hundred bills means 100 times we put pen to paper and said, 'Here's the problem. Here's how we fix it.' South Carolina sent us here to work, and we're going to keep working until the job is done."
