Portland City Councilors' Adopted Phase budget amendments are now publicly available. Previous budget amendments were posted last month and discussed by Council on May 19 and 20.

This week, Council will convene again to deliberate and eventually vote on the budget in its entirety. More information about the schedule is below.

Members of the public are encouraged to sign up to testify in Council Chambers.

  • Regular Council Meeting: FY 2026-27 Adopted Budget (Second Reading)
  • Watch the hearing online or attend in-person.
  • Register to testify on an agenda item.

The meetings are available to the public on the City's YouTube Channel, the Open Signal website, Xfinity Channel 30 and 330, and for in-person viewing at City Hall in Council Chambers, 1221 SW Fourth Ave. Councilors will attend hybrid public meetings remotely by video and teleconference or in-person.
