NOTICE TO QUOTERS
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NO. 26-033
The County Commissioners of Charles County are hereby requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to prepare a Five-Year Strategic Economic Development Plan. Solicitation documents may be obtained on the County's eProcurement Portal located at www.CharlesCountyMD.gov. Click on "Business", then "Bid Board/e-Procurement".
This solicitation is subject to the Small Local Business Enterprise Program (SLBE), in which registered Charles County SLBE firms responding to this solicitation may receive a preference in accordance with the provisions of the program. Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all quotes and to waive any informality in the bids received when such a waiver is in the best interest of Charles County.
