NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
PLANNING COMMISSION
WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2025 6:00 p.m.
The City of Ludington will hold public hearings on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the regular meeting of the Planning Commission at the Municipal Complex, 400 S. Harrison Street, Ludington. The purpose of the public hearings is to obtain citizens' views on:
- Amendment to Site Plan - 751 Maritime Drive - 106 Laura Street LLC
- Six-Month Review - Updated Text Language to the Unified Development Ordinance
You may express your views on this matter in person at the public hearing, or written comments will be accepted by the Planning Department until 5:00 p.m. on October 1, 2025. Additional information can be obtained by contacting the Planning & Zoning Department at
