Save the date for a lively evening of music by Alberto Lombardi on Saturday, November 22.

Part of the popular Lord of the Strings concert series, the event begins at 7 pm in the Council Chamber at 200 Civic Center.

Lombardi, an Italian virtuoso guitarist, is an internationally renowned acoustic solo fingerstyle and electric rock player, a singer, songwriter, and record producer.

His acoustic solo arrangements are very personal, derived from the different musical experiences Alberto has in rock, jazz, country and pop as a session player. Rooted in the style of the great Chet Atkins and Tommy Emmanuel, Lombardi digs into complex arrangements of Italian and American classics, translating them on the guitar.
