TRIO Talent Search grant renewed

Great news for SWCC TRIO Talent Search!

Southwestern Community College (SWCC) is thrilled to announce the TRIO Talent Search grant has been renewed for FIVE YEARS! The program received notice of its renewal late last week.

This funding allows the TRIO TS department to continue serving 6th-12th grade students across southwest Iowa-helping them explore careers, prepare for college, navigate financial aid, visit campuses, and turn their goals into reality.

TRIO Talent Search is a federally funded grant through the United States Department of Education.

TRIO TS Director Erica Frey said, "We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue doing what we love: supporting students and opening doors to their futures!"
