Leaders elevated as part of broader Commercial Banking realignment
CHICAGO, Ill. (NASDAQ: ONB) - Old National Bank ("Old National") has promoted Chicago-based leader John C. Thurston to President of Corporate Bank, which is part of a larger realignment of its Commercial Banking businesses. This realignment is designed to create greater specialization, strengthen accountability and build additional capacity across Old National's Commercial, Corporate, Business and Specialty Banking teams.
In addition to Thurston's promotion, Old National announced new leadership roles for other Chicago-based leaders:
Under Thurston's leadership, Old National's revised Corporate and Specialty Banking organization will provide specialized expertise and service for the company's largest and most complex Commercial relationships. The structure includes Corporate Banking, Capital Markets and Specialty Banking, Government and Nonprofit Banking, and Healthcare.
These changes reflect Old National's continued commitment to aligning its Commercial organization around client needs to cultivate relationships, expand capabilities, and deliver exceptional service.

John C. Thurston, President of Corporate Bank - Thurston, who joined Old National in 2023, serves as Corporate Banking Executive and Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking. His role as Corporate Banking President expands his scope and elevates him to the Executive Leadership Team, Old National's senior-most group of corporate officers. Over the last two years, Thurston has excelled at developing and executing strategic initiatives, driving new business and fostering existing relationships with corporate clients.
Anne-Christine ("AC") Day, Head of Capital Markets - Since joining Old National Bank in 2015, Day has been instrumental in the expansion of the bank's capital markets capabilities. In her new role, she will lead an institutional loan portfolio focused on the bank's largest and most sophisticated clients. Day will be responsible for portfolio strategy, market execution, and the continued growth across the capital markets platform.
James Goody, Head of Capital Markets and Specialty Banking - Goody, who joined Old National Bank in 2016 and has led Capital Markets since 2021, will take on an expanded role which includes Sponsor Finance; SBIC; and Specialty Banking verticals including Healthcare; Franchise Finance; and Food, Beverage & Agribusiness.
Kristen Heron, Portfolio Banking & Healthcare Manager - Heron, who joined Old National in 2016, will serve as Portfolio Banking & Healthcare Manager, leading a team of Portfolio Bankers. In her previous role as Senior Portfolio Banker, she partnered with clients to address their unique banking needs and oversaw analysis and strategic projects for the Healthcare Financing group.
Marty Koutsky, National Head of Healthcare - Koutsky, who joined Old National Bank in 2019, will serve as National Head of Healthcare, leading the Bank's healthcare banking strategy across the Senior Living, Hospital, and Ancillary Healthcare sectors. He will oversee business development, portfolio performance, and risk management while collaborating with commercial banking teams to accelerate growth, strengthen market presence, and deliver long-term profitability.
Elizabeth Vosnos, Head of Corporate Banking - Vosnos, who joined Old National in 2025, will serve as Head of Corporate Banking, leading the further build-out of Old National's Corporate Banking team and expanding the bank's reach as an organization. She is a seasoned finance professional with deep capital markets expertise and a background in sourcing, originating and executing leveraged finance transactions.
