Paycom employees donate $35,000 to help expand access to service dogs

OKLAHOMA CITY (Oct. 27, 2026) - Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE: PAYC) ("Paycom"), a leading provider of cloud-based human capital management software, donated $35,000 to Canine Companions® through its employee giving program and company match. The nonprofit provides expertly trained service dogs at no cost to people with disabilities.

The funds will support Canine Companions' Strategic Growth Fund, which helps expand its footprint nationally, including in Oklahoma through a new prison puppy raising program at the Federal Correctional Institution in El Reno, Oklahoma, puppy raising clubs at the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University, and the expansion of its medical alert dog program.

"A service dog can make a meaningful difference in someone's daily life," said Tanner Bergman, senior manager of well-being at Paycom. "We're proud to join our employees in supporting Canine Companions as it expands its programs and helps more people gain greater independence."

Paycom has proudly supported Canine Companions through its employee giving program since 2023.

"The generosity of Paycom is helping fuel the future of Canine Companions," said Laura Manning, director of philanthropy at Canine Companions. "Through their support of our Strategic Growth Fund, we can invest in innovative programs and expansion opportunities that strengthen our mission. Together, we are creating greater independence and confidence for people with disabilities through the power of expertly trained service dogs."

Paycom's commitment to inclusivity extends into its workplace through its Abled and Disabled Allies Partnering Together employee resource group, which aims to educate, empower and foster an inclusive workplace culture for people with disabilities and champion accessibility in its community.

Paycom also supports employees in giving back to causes that matter to them. Each year, its employee giving program supports a multitude of local and national causes, including youth programming, mental health treatment, programs for people with disabilities and food support for individuals and children in need. Paycom selects a wide range of nonprofits each year so employees can donate to organizations that align with their values, and every donation is matched by Paycom.
