Sanitation Customer Phone Surveys to Begin Monday, April 20

OCALA, Fla. (April 17, 2026) - The City of Ocala Public Works Department will conduct a telephone survey of a random sample of residential and commercial sanitation customers beginning Monday, April 20, through Friday, April 24.

The survey is designed to gather feedback and better understand customer perspectives on the city's sanitation collection services. Responses will help guide Public Works in evaluating and improving collection practices moving forward.

Calls will be made to selected residents and businesses during normal business hours. Customers who receive a call may see the number 352-554-9696 or 352-698-8971 on their caller ID.

The survey will be conducted by Baldrige Group LLC, a Sarasota-based performance excellence consulting firm with more than 30 years of experience.

In accordance with the Code of Ethics of the National Council on Public Polls and the United States Privacy Act of 1974, all responses will remain anonymous. No identifying information will be released, and individual responses will remain confidential.
