City of Colorado Springs Administrative Offices closed Friday, Jan. 9, due to winter weather conditions

Due to winter weather conditions, all City of Colorado Springs Administrative Offices are closed Friday, Jan. 9.

Mountain Metro has delayed bus service and Metro Mobility ADA Paratransit service until 8 a.m. If weather conditions continue to worsen, bus service may be delayed further.

The Colorado Springs Municipal Court will also close. Individuals who were scheduled for court or jury duty today will need to reschedule by calling 719-385-5928 or by visiting the court once it reopens.

Several City parks are closed to vehicle traffic, including Garden of the Gods, North Cheyenne Cañon and Palmer Park.

Emergency responders and essential City personnel will work normal schedules.

The Public Works Operations & Maintenance Division is continuing to clear primary and secondary routes as the snow continues to fall. Drivers should plan extra time to safely reach their destination and use caution around working snowplows, allow plenty of room to pass, and maintain a safe distance as crews have limited visibility.
