Topper Comments on 25th Anniversary of 9/11 Terrorist Attacks

HARRISBURG - Pennsylvania House Republican Leader Jesse Topper (R-Bedford/Fulton) today made the following statement regarding the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks:

"On this, the 25th anniversary of the most devastating terrorist attack on American soil, it is - and always was - easily understood that the destruction and loss of life was perpetrated by the personification of evil obsessed with destroying the fabric of our way of life. Anyone who has difficulty grasping that well-settled history does the future of this country and the memory of those lost on that day little service.

"It is my sincere belief that the best way we can honor the memory of those killed and injured as a result of this infamous and unnecessary violence is to recommit ourselves to the ideals of American greatness and ensure we live in an America stronger and more prosperous than ever."
