Blanco Brown brings signature country sound to Hard Rock Oct. 16

TULSA, Okla. - Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa will welcome country fusion sensation Blanco Brown at 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, at Track 5. inside the casino.

Known for blending country twang with hip-hop rhythms and trap beats, Brown broke onto the national music scene with his viral hit "The Git Up" in 2019. The song reached No. 14 on the Billboard Hot 100 and inspired a popular dance challenge across YouTube and TikTok.

Brown calls his genre-bending sound "TrailerTrap," a style shaped by his childhood split between rural Butler, Georgia and Atlanta. His debut album, "Honeysuckle & Lightning Bugs," showcased those influences and reached No. 16 on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart.

Before launching his career as a recording artist, Brown worked as a songwriter and producer, collaborating with artists such as Pitbull and Fergie. He also produced "Goalie Goalie," an anthem released for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

Brown has continued to build his catalog with songs including "I Need Love," "Nobody's More Country" and "Trap Still Bumpin," featuring fellow Atlanta native T.I. He also joined Parmalee and Bryce Vine on the hit "Just the Way," further showcasing his ability to blend musical styles.
