On July 17, Chinese Ambassador to Tanzania H.E. Chen Mingjian and Hon. Professor Godius Kahyarara, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Transport of Tanzania attended the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the TAZARA Revitalization Project Training Center and Operations Control Center. Eng. Bruno Ching'andu, Managing Director of the TAZARA Authority, and Mr. Li Chongyang, Chairman of China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation were on present.
