DGA Statement on Nevada Gubernatorial Debate

DGA Deputy Communications Director Johanna Warshaw released the following statement on the Nevada gubernatorial debate:

"Tonight, Attorney General Aaron Ford did what Joe Lombardo was too scared to: outline a clear vision for how he will take on corporate special interests to lower health care and housing costs and put an end to the Lombardo-Trump economy that's crushing working families. Not only did Joe Lombardo refuse to show up today - he tried to shut down the entire debate because he doesn't want to answer for his failed record of saying Nevadans should 'feel a little pain' from Trump's tariffs and that he 'can't control' affordability.

"Ford has the momentum heading into Election Day because he's running on a clear message of lowering costs and making life better for working Nevadans - and he will always show up for them."
