DCMA leader remembers Sept. 11

FORT LEE, Va. -

Ryan Kivett, director of Defense Contract Management Agency Corporate Operations, remembers Sept. 11 and reflects on how that day affected his career and our national defense efforts.

"I was an Army major assigned to DLA Land and Maritime. We were all huddled around the TVs, and when the second plane hit realized the world had changed significantly."
