BNC Update: Restored Service

On October 26, 2026, the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO) advised the Court that the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) had fully restored its normal noticing operations and reopened access to the National Creditor Registration Service. The AO further advised that all applicable notices and orders generated by the Court on or after October 26, 2026 will be served by BNC in the normal course. Currently, BNC is processing the backlog of unserved notices that accumulated between October 7 through October 25. BNC will distribute the unserved notices over the remainder of this week, beginning with the oldest notices and working forward. The entire backlog is expected to be cleared by October 31, 2026. Due to the prolonged disruption in service, the Court approved an administrative order on October 21, 2026. The order remains in effect until further order of the Court. Please refer to the administrative order if you have questions regarding affected notices, deadlines, hearings, and meetings of creditors. You may access the administrative order at the link below. Thank you for your continued patience and assistance.
