2026 Community Input Survey CDBG Funding

Each year, Cities across the country receive federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Cities of Rock Island, Moline, & Davenport each receive CDBG funds for use within their own borders. This survey helps provide insight on what is important to each community individually, and to the region as a whole.

Join us in providing feedback! We have many options in how to participate:

  • Or paper survey copies are available at City Hall or by contacting 309-732-2907.
  • The survey will be available through September 26, 2025.
  • Drop in open houses, for in person input opportunities (for Rock Island residents)
    • Rock Island Public Library, 401 19th Street, Wednesday, September 10th, 11am-1pm on the second floor.
    • Martin Luther King Center, 630 9th Street, Wednesday, September 17th, 4pm-6pm.
    • Community Development Commission Meeting, Council Chambers, Third Floor, 1528 Third Ave, Monday, September 15th, 5:30pm- 6:30pm
