Discussions will focus on strengthening the fight against drug trafficking, including maritime trafficking and trafficking through ports, combating illicit financial flows, money laundering and corruption, as well as addressing challenges related to synthetic drugs in Europe.

Particular importance will be given to a comprehensive approach that includes preventive measures, treatment, harm reduction and recovery.

Prime Minister Rama will also participate in a roundtable co-chaired with the Prime Minister of Finland, Petteri Orpo, titled "Strengthening connectivity and economic security in the context of the green transition". This session will address concrete measures to enhance connectivity in the energy and digital sectors, as well as ensuring resilient supply chains by reducing dependencies within the framework of the energy transition.
