Rep. Weaver’s Citizen Spotlight

Over the next few months, I would like to recognize outstanding citizens and community leaders all across Central and Western Illinois as part of a Citizen Spotlight. If you know of someone who deserves recognition for their special contributions to your community, we would like to honor them.

We are looking for special stories of how someone has positively impacted your life, made a positive impact in your local community, or shined in a way that is worthy of recognition. No story is too small! For example, maybe the neighbor boy helped you carry in your groceries, or your child made the honor roll for the first time or for the 10th time!

Honorees will be recognized on my official Facebook page, and official Certificates of Recognition from the Illinois House of Representatives will be issued to them. Please fill out the form at the link below if you would like to nominate someone.

Nominations will be accepted through November 15, 2025. We plan to recognize honorees during this Fall and Winter on a regular basis on my Facebook page. If you have any questions, please contact my office at 309-204-6514.
