Learn about special programs for low to moderate-income buyers and key steps in the home purchasing process. This course is open to all and is required for many loan programs. Join on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, from 4:30-10 p.m. at the Health & Human Services Building, 100 Spader Way, Broomfield, CO. Doors close at 5 p.m. Register at chaconline.org/class-registration.
