Bettendorf's Learning Campus Hosting Annual Discovery Fair on Saturday, August 15
July 30, 2026 - As summer winds down, the City of Bettendorf's Learning Campus is gearing up for a popular event that celebrates learning and fun for the whole family!
The Learning Campus Discovery Fair takes place Saturday, August 15, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This annual event includes free, fun, and educational activities at the Bettendorf Public Library, Family Museum, and Faye's Field:
Bettendorf Public Library- Cars and Coasters station with the Grout Museum
- Watercolors
- Magic classes
- Hands-on science stations with Absolute Science
- DIY recycle craft
- Balloon animals
- Caricature drawings
- Little Hand sites (activities for children ages 1-5)
- Face painting
- Balloon animals
- Air dry clay
- Dance demo classes
- Foam fun, paper rockets, and bubble stations with Absolute Science
- Miller's Petting Zoo
