National Night Out 2026
The Novato Police Department invites you to their annual National Night Out event on Tuesday, August 4 from 4pm - 6pm at the City Administrative Offices parking lot, 922 Machin Avenue. National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign designed to increase awareness of crime and drug prevention, generate support for local anti-crime efforts, and promote police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie.
Enjoy meet and greets with Novato police officers, Novato Fire personnel and other first responders, patrol vehicle, fire engine and equipment displays, otter pops, giveaways and more.
A special thank you to our local partners including Novato Fire Protection District, Marin CHP, First Responder Therapy Dogs, Veterans of Foreign Wars Novato Post #7816, Marin Probation and more!

This event takes place during the Downtown Novato Community Farmers' Market, so plan ahead and take this opportunity to meet with first responders and enjoy what the market has to offer.
