Planned maintenance: system access temporarily down for BlueCross apps

We're performing routine system maintenance from Saturday, September 27 at 8 a.m. through Sunday, September 28 at noon ET.

Members won't be able to view our apps or log in to their bcbst.com account to view claims info, make payments or access digital ID cards.

Members should plan ahead by downloading a copy of their digital ID card and adding it to their Apple Wallet.

Members with Teladoc^TM Health, our virtual care service, can log in using their existing account info at https://member.teladoc.com/signin or by calling 1-800-TELADOC.
