Sen. Tim Scott’s 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act becomes law

Washington - Today, U.S. Senator Tim Scott's (R-S.C.), Chairman of the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs, 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act became law, enacting the most comprehensive housing policy bill of this century. The landmark bipartisan, bicameral law reflects years of work to expand the American Dream by tackling the housing shortage at its source, removing barriers to building, protecting taxpayers, preserving local control, and helping more families put down roots.
