Flags at Half-Staff in Honor of Dolly Parton
PIERRE, S.D. - Today, Governor Larry Rhoden ordered that flags be flown at half-staff statewide effective immediately until sunset on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, as a mark of respect for the memory of Dolly Parton.
This announcement is consistent with President Trump's order, which can be found here.
