Happy New Year! NATCA hopes your new year celebration is full of fun and happiness. As the new year approaches, we send our warmest wishes for a year filled with prosperity, health, and joy for you and your loved ones.

2025 was a challenging year for NATCA, from the mid-air disaster at DCA to the 43-day-long government shutdown. But no matter the challenge, our Union and its members always rise to the occasion. We thank you for keeping our National Airspace System operating safely and efficiently. Your dedication allows millions of Americans to celebrate their holiday with family and friends across the country.

As we head into 2026, NATCA would like to thank each and every one of you for your dedication to our profession and to our Union. Together, there is nothing that we cannot accomplish.

We look forward to engaging with all our Union brothers and sisters, whether it be at NATCA in Washington, Communicating for Safety, or one of the many regional and local solidarity events. We hope 2026 brings happiness, health, and joy to each and every one of you.
