2026 Investor Conference Brings Together Industry Experts and Investment Partners

Roers Companies welcomed approximately 250 investors, partners, and industry leaders to its annual investor conference on June 4, 2026, bringing together attendees for an afternoon of market insights, meaningful conversations, and a look at the opportunities shaping the future of multifamily real estate.

Held in Minneapolis, the annual event provided an opportunity for investors to connect directly with Roers Cos. leadership while hearing from nationally recognized voices on the economy, housing, and the forces influencing commercial real estate.

This year's program featured rental housing economist Jay Parsons, who shared an outlook on the multifamily market, including national supply trends, renter demand, and the long-term fundamentals supporting the industry. Roers Cos. leaders also provided updates on company performance, development activity, property management operations, and upcoming investment opportunities.

The afternoon concluded with a keynote fireside chat between former U.S. Secretary of State and CIA Director Mike Pompeo and Roers Cos. Chief Financial Officer John Carr. Their conversation explored topics including global markets, artificial intelligence, energy, geopolitical developments, and the broader economic landscape, offering attendees perspective beyond the multifamily industry.
