Sphere And Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix Announce Five-Year Partnership Extension Agreement

NEW YORK, NY (July 9, 2026) - Sphere Entertainment Co. (NYSE: SPHR) and FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX have entered into a new five-year agreement that extends their partnership through 2030, with Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix utilizing Sphere's exterior campus each year during race week.

The agreement also includes continued collaboration on Formula 1® fan experiences, cross-promotional initiatives, and use of the Exosphere, Sphere's exterior and the world's largest LED screen, as a centerpiece of race-week programming.
