Death Investigation (High Point Road)
GREENSBORO, NC (April 20, 2026) - Detectives with the Greensboro Police Department are conducting a death investigation after a resident reported finding a body in the Sedgefield area.
Officers responded to the discovery at approximately 11:22 a.m. April 17 in the 5300 block of High Point Road.
The police department is awaiting information from the N.C. Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) prior to releasing any details publicly.
An update will be provided once additional information becomes available.
