M-13 (Washington Avenue) railroad crossing repairs Oct. 19-23 in Saginaw
BAY CITY, Mich. - Contractors for the Huron and Eastern Railway will be repairing the railroad crossing on M-13 (Washington Avenue) at Emerson Street in Saginaw.
