Commerce Ministry Begins Validation of Five-Year Strategic Plan as Minister Dagoseh Pledges Implementation

The Minister of Commerce & Industry, Magdalene Ellen Dagoseh, says the validation of the Ministry's Five-Year Strategic Plan marks a significant milestone in ongoing collective efforts to shape a more inclusive, competitive, and resilient economy. Minister Dagoseh added that the strategic plan also represents a pivotal step in aligning the Ministry's national economic direction with the ARREST Agenda for Inclusive Development. She described the Five-Year Strategic Plan as a product of thoughtful collaboration, interdepartmental coordination, and stakeholder consultation. Speaking Thursday, September 4, 2025, at the Commerce Ministry in Cong Town during the validation, Madam Dagoseh, pointed out that the idea reflects a commendable effort to ensure coherence across all departments and projects under the Ministry's supervision.
