New Florida Logistics Park Marries Strategic Site with Attentive Industrial Details

CoStar has recognized Building 100 at Seefried Industrial Properties' I-4 Logistics Park in Deltona, Florida, as the 2023 Commercial Development of the Year for the Deltona/Daytona market.
Completed in 2023, the 984,960-square-foot facility is occupied by Amazon and features a 40-foot clear height, 190 dock doors and a 185-foot truck court. Its location along Interstate 4 provides convenient access to Interstate 95, the region's labor base and approximately 10 million potential customers.
