Scion Adds Three Communities in New Strategic Partnership

Scion has added three purpose-built student housing communities serving major campuses to its portfolio, at Purdue University, Baylor University and the University of Virginia, launching a new relationship with an Inland affiliate, with Scion investing in the communities and leading operations and resident experience.
